

High school student Donna Hayward ( Lara Flynn Boyle) attempts to find connections between her mother, Eileen Hayward ( Mary Jo Deschanel) and local businessman Benjamin Horne ( Richard Beymer). Meanwhile, Deputy Sheriff Andy Brennan ( Harry Goaz) discovers a map hidden in a cave marking.
